Caldera Cove

This lot is meant to be placed on the 30×20 spot below the volcano in Sulani.

I build this lot keeping in mind that I wanted it to be Off-the-Grid and that I wanted my conservationist to live here. You should be able to use this lot as-is the way I have it setup.

There are several outdoor toilet bushes for your sims bladder needs. There’s an outdoor shower in an alcove behind the rocks where your sim can take a tepid shower to stay clean. There is the pit BBQ and a regular BBQ pit setup in the communal area where there is also a dinner table for family dinners and a chess table setup for leisure. 

There is a bonfire where your sims can practice dancing with flames and can also function as a place to throw unwanted trash. There is an area setup to do laundry, although the clothesline is not functional I plan on making it functional soon. 

There are two very small bedrooms and an outdoor sitting area on the main porch. There is also a small room with plenty of shelves to house all the collectibles your sim may find while exploring Sulani.

1. Make sure you have the bb.moveobjects on cheat enabled.
2. Move the files from the zip file into their respective folders inside of –> Documents > Electonic Arts > The Sims 4.
