This traditional Italian dessert features a crispy pastry tube brimming with sweet, creamy ricotta cheese. Often dusted with powdered sugar and adorned with chocolate chips or chopped nuts, each bite is a wonderful mix of crunchy shell and smooth, velvety filling.
