Tonkatsu
A Japanese dish consisting of a breaded and deep-fried pork cutlet. The dish is known for its golden brown and crispy exterior, tender and juicy interior, and umami-rich flavor. Tonkatsu is typically served with a side of rice, shredded cabbage, and a tangy and savory tonkatsu sauce.
This recipe may use both EA ingredients and my custom ingredients. If you don't have the listed ingredients installed, they will be excluded from the recipe.
