Mushroom Ragu with Polenta
This hearty mushroom ragu and polenta dish is a classic rustic Italian recipe. The rich, earthy flavors of the mushrooms cooked in red nectar reduction are served on a bed of creamy, smooth polenta. The dish is presented on a rustic slice of wood and is as beautiful as it is delicious.
