Seafood Gumbo
One of the most iconic dishes from New Orleans begins with a roux and incorporates the "holy trinity" of vegetables, along with a Creole blend of seasonings. Afterward, seafood like crab and crawfish is added to the dish, which is then simmered slowly to create a deep and rich flavor.
This recipe may use both EA ingredients and my custom ingredients. If you don't have the listed ingredients installed, they will be excluded from the recipe.
